Nora Bryant
PARTNER, DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Nora is a partner at State & Tell, a women-owned PR and integrated communications agency based in Bowling Green, Kentucky. A Henderson native and Western Kentucky University graduate, Nora studied public relations at WKU — where she was also a Topperette — and has spent her career proving that the most important part of communications has never been the platform. It's the person. Her career in communications took root in the Kentucky tourism industry, where she spent years learning how to shape the way places and people are perceived. She held marketing and communications roles with various tourism and hospitality entities before bringing that same instinct for storytelling into the agency world. Nora founded State & Tell in 2023 with a clear conviction: that visibility should be intentional, and that the right story, told in the right way, changes things. Today, the agency works with established and emerging brands across owned, earned, shared, and paid media, operating as a full-service integrated communications partner rather than a single-discipline shop. In an era where AI can generate content faster than ever, Nora believes the work that matters most still requires a human in the room. Reading the energy of a crowd, knowing when a client needs reassurance before a camera goes live, catching the moment a story shifts — those things can't be automated. They require intuition, relationship, and presence. That's what she brings, and it's what State & Tell is built around. Nora lives in Bowling Green with her husband and two daughters.

Lauren brings a decade of agency and in-house PR experience spanning Louisville and Bowling Green, with a track record that includes helping Donate Life KY achieve its most life-saving year on record, placing stories in national outlets, and directing communications for the Bowling Green Area Convention & Visitors Bureau. A Louisville graduate and PRSA Rising Star Award Winner in 2022,, Lauren has built her career around one conviction: that well-crafted communication creates real-world impact.
